Infraestructura estructurada
para operaciones
de carga en
Estados Unidos.
Coordinación logística, verificación operativa y procesos de cumplimiento diseñados para una ejecución confiable y auditable en operaciones de transporte de carga en el territorio nacional.
Platform Capabilities
The full stack for U.S. freight operations
From load assignment to final payment — every step is structured, verified, and auditable. Built for scale. Designed for compliance.
Structured Dispatch
Criteria-Based Load Assignment
NEXO's dispatch infrastructure assigns available loads to verified carriers based on defined operational criteria: lane preferences, HOS availability, equipment type, and historical reliability score.
- Load board integration
- Lane coordination system
- Multi-modal support: Dry Van · Flatbed · Reefer
Regulatory Compliance
FMCSA HOS Verification
The compliance verification system validates every load assignment against current driver log data before dispatch. The platform is designed to enforce FMCSA standards at the assignment stage, preventing non-compliant assignments from proceeding.
- HOS pre-assignment validation
- FMCSA carrier lookup
- CSA score monitoring
Structured Settlement
NEXO Settlement Coordination
Financial coordination through external validated entities. Funds flow managed outside the platform under a no-direct-custody model — settlement subject to operational validation at each stage.
- No direct fund custody
- Settlement upon verified delivery
- Coordination through external entities
GPS + POD Tracking
Verified Delivery Chain
Every delivery is locked to GPS confirmation and a cryptographically-hashed Proof of Delivery. No POD hash — no payment trigger. No exceptions.
- GPS delivery validation
- SHA-256 POD hashing
- Immutable audit trail
Compliance Evaluation
Broker Validation System
Every broker in the network is assessed based on defined operational criteria: payment behavior, dispute history, and load volume. Validated brokers access optimized processing and priority assignment capacity.
- Criteria-based evaluation
- Tier: PREFERRED / STANDARD / REVIEW
- Risk classification flags
Financial Integrity
Operational Reconciliation
Scheduled cross-reference reconciliation runs every 60 minutes between internal records and external processing entities. Any discrepancy generates a CRITICAL alert and places the settlement on hold pending manual review.
- 60-minute reconciliation cycle
- MISMATCH alert protocol
- Settlement hold on discrepancy

Operational Pipeline
How a load moves through NEXO
A structured 5-gate operational pipeline. Every step is defined, verified, and permanently logged — designed for full auditability and regulatory defensibility.
Load Matched
Structured assignment → carrier selection
A broker submits a load request. NEXO's dispatch infrastructure identifies the most suitable available carrier based on lane, HOS compliance, equipment type, and reliability score.
Delivery Verified
GPS confirmation + POD hash
Upon arrival, GPS coordinates are validated against the destination geofence. The driver uploads a Proof of Delivery which is SHA-256 hashed and stored immutably.
Multi-Signal Verification
Cross-reference validation + operational review
The verification system cross-references all operational signals: GPS trajectory, POD hash, HOS logs, and broker compliance history. Any discrepancy flags the load as HOLD_PENDING_EVIDENCE.
Structured Settlement
Financial coordination — external processing
Settlement is initiated upon operational gate clearance. Funds flow is managed through external validated entities under a no-direct-custody model. Processing is subject to full operational validation.
Pipeline Complete
Settlement coordination initiated · Load closed · Reconciliation cycle active · Validation criteria updated
Trust & Compliance
Built on legal, financial,
and regulatory bedrock
NEXO Elite Global operates under full U.S. legal structure, strict financial controls, and regulatory compliance — so carriers and brokers can transact with complete confidence.
Delaware LLC
Registered & Active
Legally incorporated in the State of Delaware — the gold standard for U.S. business entities.
Non-Custody Model
No direct fund management
The platform operates under a non-custody model. Financial flows are managed entirely through external validated entities — NEXO does not hold, manage, or control carrier funds.
FMCSA Compliant
HOS verification enforced
Every carrier is validated against FMCSA records. The HOS compliance engine is designed to enforce regulatory standards prior to each load assignment.
Scheduled Reconciliation
60-minute verification cycle
Scheduled cross-reference reconciliation runs every 60 minutes between internal records and external processing entities. Any discrepancy places the settlement on hold pending review.
Auditable Infrastructure
Full chain of custody
Every action is logged with timestamp, actor, and cryptographic hash. Immutable audit trail for every transaction.
External Processing Integration
Financial infrastructure in deployment
Financial processing coordinated through external validated entities. Verified operational accounts with structured settlement processing and full financial auditability.
